About the Role
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, supportive team at our Parker clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

Position Details

Location: In‑person, Parker clinic

Schedule: Full‑time

Workdays: Monday‑Friday

Optional Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Session Requirements

Monday‑Thursday: Availability for 10 × 30‑minute sessions per day

Friday: Availability for 8 × 30‑minute sessions

Clinic Hours

Monday‑Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Flexible scheduling available as long as minimum session requirements are met

Compensation
$35.00‑$50.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0‑21) in outpatient and virtual settings

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality, family‑centered care

Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Requirements

Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Colorado

Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs

Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
