Engineering Change Clerk - 1st and 2nd Shift

We’re looking for an Engineering Change Clerk who thrives in the space between a genius idea and a finished product. You aren’t just filing documents; you’re the guardian of our technical integrity.
This position is responsible for preparing for and implementing engineering changes (when a part goes from an old part number to a new part number). This includes counting the material over several days as a “count down” to the change. The role also provides paperwork to operations for the changes and tracks the successful completion of the change, ensuring all systematic updates are completed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Shift hours: 1st shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; 2nd shift 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Salary: $23–$25 per hour.
Responsibilities
Perform inventory counts daily on the floor, walking and counting material to provide accurate inventory counts.
Works in a smoke‑free environment.
May work up to 10 hours of overtime per week and weekends.
Essential Functions
Ensure technical integrity by applying engineering changes.
Track completion and updates of all systematic changes.
Skills & Experience
Microsoft Office – including Word and Excel.
Basic computer skills.
Time management.
Inventory – physical counting.
Preferred: 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Qualifications
Minimum: 1 year experience as an Engineering Change Clerk or related role.
High School diploma required.
High level of detail orientation with minimal supervision.
