Responsibilities

Assist foreman and crew with daily tasks
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on the job site
Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks
Operate basic hand and power tools (shovels, drills, compactors, etc.)
Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
Follow directions from foremen and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Qualifications

No experience required — on-the-job training provided
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must have reliable personal transportation and punctuality
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Valid driver's license (preferred)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
