Provide hands‑on therapy in patients’ homes

Educate patients and families

Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team

Document progress in Kantime EMR

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in Colorado

Home health experience

Current OT license (OT-CO)

1 reference required
