We are seeking a PGA‑certified Teaching Professional who wants to build and grow a modern instruction business in a high‑quality, tech‑enabled environment. This is not a traditional range‑based role-this is an opportunity to deliver elite instruction, leverage data‑driven coaching, and establish a strong client base within a rapidly growing membership community.
This role is ideal for a PGA Professional who wants more than hourly lessons-someone looking to build a scalable, modern instruction business in a premium environment.
Experience Required
PGA of America Member or Associate in good standing (strongly preferred)
Proven experience delivering private instruction and player development programs
Demonstrated ability to build and retain a lesson client base
Experience using launch monitor/simulator technology (TrackMan, Full Swing, GCQuad, etc.)
Strong communication skills with players of all ability levels
Essential Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality private and semi‑private instruction
Build and actively grow a consistent lesson book
Design and lead clinics, leagues, and player development programs
Utilize simulator data to provide measurable improvement for players
Create a premium, engaging experience aligned with The Back Nine brand
Collaborate on member engagement, events, and community outreach
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming teaching environment
