Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Custodial Manager to support custodial operations in a school environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed
Support the Manager with communication and team coordination
Qualifications
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work evenings
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
