Overview
Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hiram, GA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Position: Automotive Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates safely, efficiently and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, the Assistant Manager enforces established policies, procedures and standards, schedules mechanics/technicians work, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, meets customer expectations, and ensures staff safety.
Position: Service Manager
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. The Service Manager directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drives sales initiatives. The Service Manager communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information regarding required repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations and ensure a satisfactory in-store experience.

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
