Metrology Research Associate — Magnetoelectronics

The American Ceramic Society is looking for a Research Associate to join a CHIPS funded project at NIST. This in-person role involves developing optical methods for measuring the Heisenberg exchange in thin films, analyzing data, and presenting findings. A Ph.D. in Physics or Electrical Engineering and experience with magnetic nanostructures and characterization tools are required. Strong programming skills and a track record of publishing in scientific journals are also essential.
