Qualifications
Pedi OR, ambulatory OR, and Peds trauma experience required
WI RN or compact RN license required
BLS required – AHA only (PALS* optional)
2+ years acute care experience in the specialty within the last 3 years (required for inpatient RN travelers)
Epic charting system experience required
Community hospital experience required
Trauma Level I/II experience required
Travel experience required
Knowledge of Safety Protocols including Universal Protocol and Fire & Radiation Safety
Ability to work in a high–volume pediatric operating room environment
Travel & Logistics
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Schedule: 8‑hour day shifts 10:00 – 18:30, 5 times per week
Travel stipend and pay based on 40 hours per week (exact amount to be confirmed)
Orientation: UWH orientation held approximately one week prior to start date (details provided in welcome letter)
Compliance: Must meet all credentialing and competency requirements prior to the start of the assignment
