About the Role

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the healthcare team.
Support clients in mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure quality care.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Basic understanding of healthcare procedures and safety protocols.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
