Carry a small caseload while supporting and supervising Behavior Technicians.
Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to clinical staff.

Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
Who We’re Excited to Meet
Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train and support development.
