Certified Nursing Assistant – Medical/Pediatrics
Assist the Registered Nurse with the delivery of quality care to patients of all ages in their homes, following each patient’s individual plan of care.
Hours
Full time or 0.9 FTE, 72 hours every pay period.
Day/Night rotation: 6:30am–6:30pm or 6:30pm–6:30am, 12 or 8 hour shifts.
Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and practices and the ability to communicate clinical information to patients, representatives, caregivers and agency staff normally acquired through completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program. High school diploma and continued education beneficial.
Previous work experience in an acute care setting or nursing home beneficial.
State Nurse Aide Certification required and in good standing.
Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
