ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide day‑to‑day supervision and support for the Recovery Support team and offer operational guidance to House Monitors to ensure effective implementation of Cenikor Foundation’s aftercare programs.
Partner with facility leadership and House Monitors to successfully build and maintain financially viable Recovery Housing programs at each established location, including improving client transition rates from higher levels of care.
Collaborate with Recovery Support team to ensure productive post‑treatment client communication, ongoing support services, and participation in alumni activities that promote successful transitions to recovery housing and lower levels of care.
Support collaboration between Recovery Support team, House Monitors, and other facility team members to encourage appropriate external referrals to Recovery Housing programs.
Ensure clients receive timely and appropriate referrals to internal and external community resources based on identified needs.
Assist staff in representing the Foundation positively in the community through professional interactions, events, and partnerships.
Maintain awareness of industry practices and local competitors within the behavioral health and recovery housing space to inform program improvements.
Reinforce and communicate Cenikor Foundation’s mission, vision, and goals in written and verbal communications with staff, clients, and community partners.
Maintain oversight of promotional materials, including tracking inventory levels and coordinating requests for internal and external outreach activities.
Maintain ongoing compliance with all required training courses relevant to the role, including but not limited to company‑mandated courses and any state‑regulated certifications or training requirements.
Uphold the core principles of Cenikor’s culture and create a positive working environment for all team members; work with the management team to ensure they uphold these principles for all team members.
Ensure completion of the Big 5 performance management tool for staff by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review.
Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as defined in this job description.

Experience
One to two years of business development or aftercare program experience with non‑profit, business development, substance use disorder, healthcare, or mental health preferred.
Physical Requirements
Sitting in normal position for extended periods of time.
Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.
Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), for example, using a keyboard.
Communication skills using the spoken word.
Ability to see within normal parameters.

Possible exposure to communicable diseases.
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
