Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license
SNF experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
