SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient only family medicine physician to join their team of 8 physicians, 6 residents, and 7 advanced practitioners.
Position
Outpatient only with a 4‑day work week and part‑time options available
18–20 patients per day
No call
Option to perform scopes and other procedures based on skills and experience
Team focused on true patient‑centric and quality care – some of the highest KPIs in the system
Faculty appointment and ability to work with residents
EMR‑EPIC and Dax Co‑pilot Scribe available
Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM’s dyad leadership model
Compensation
Base guarantee of $313,000 – negotiable based on skills and experience
$150,000 sign‑on bonus or student loan repayment forgiven over three years
