Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC/LCSW) – 30 miles west of Katy, TX
Opportunity Highlights
Part-time position: 3 days per week (Monday–Friday schedule)
Provide on-site mental health care in a skilled nursing facility
Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and support patient mental health goals
Complete documentation remotely within 48 hours of patient visit (iPad or laptop provided)
Work independently with support from clinical leadership and facility staff
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated daily compensation:
$250 – $375/day , based on experience and productivity
No cap on income potential

Candidate Requirements
Must hold active licensure in Texas as
LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
Previous experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics is a plus
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic or Gehrimed) is helpful but not required
