Must Haves from You to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Punctuality and professionalism are important.
Passionate about working with the elderly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Nurse Supervisor/LPN
Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.
Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
Communicate effectively with team, residents, and families.
Build strong relationships.
