$28.00/hr-$40.00/hr Depending on experience
Sign on Bonus:

Hours
Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m.; rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Responsibilities and Duties
Administer and dispense the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
Maintain accurate client dosing records as well as daily reconciliation and accountability of medication inventory as required by company policy and DEA regulations.
Assist in screening of clients and keep in close contact with appropriate team members regarding client’s progress.
Understand and comply with client boundaries and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills
Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Oregon.
CPR certification.
Current driver's license.
Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
We follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
