Registered Nurse – Clinical Training Specialist
Provide consistent day‑to‑day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit, driving customer service, quality and the patient experience. Manage orientation and onboarding of new staff and the growth and development of current employees. Participate in the Clinical Advancement Program and serve as an active member of the unit leadership team. Experience in the specialty area is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Possession of or eligibility for a license to practice as a registered nurse in New York State and at least two years of post‑licensure clinical nursing experience in an acute‑care specialty area.
