Job Title : Program Manager (Healthcare)
Duration : 3+ months (Extendable)
Location : Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate : $90-$95/Hr.
Shift- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support large-scale public health initiatives. This role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of testing sites and related programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced, operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Oversee daily operations of testing sites, including staffing, logistics, and supply management
Coordinate with internal departments (Facilities, IT, Supply Chain, Safety) to ensure smooth operations
Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, staffing, and inventory (e.g., PPE and supplies)
Support launch and expansion of testing initiatives, including mobile and community-based sites
Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
Collaborate with community organizations and external partners
Supervise and delegate tasks to junior staff (3–4 team members)
Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s may substitute for 1 year of experience)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project or program management
At least 2 years of administrative or team management experience
Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
