Aquarium Exhibit Educator
The Kemah Aquarium located in Kemah, Texas is seeking Exhibit Educators. The Aquarium includes aquatic exhibits with freshwater and marine fish, invertebrates, reptiles and amphibians.

Responsibilities
Animal Care & Monitoring: Actively monitor the health and behavior of stingrays within the touch tank and related exhibits.
Guest Engagement: Proactively interact with visitors, offering insights into animal biology and conservation while recommending appropriate nutritional options for stingray feedings.
Educational Programming: Facilitate engaging tours and educational programs to enhance the guest experience.
Exhibit Maintenance: Maintain the aesthetic and sanitary standards of the facility by wiping down tanks, clearing debris from exhibit areas, and ensuring the general floor space remains tidy.
Operational Support: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the husbandry and guest services teams.
Qualifications
A self‑motivated individual with a profound passion for animal welfare and a desire to provide the highest level of care.
Must possess a polite, patient, and professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
High attention to detail regarding both animal behavior and exhibit cleanliness.
Must be available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have consistent and reliable transportation.
