Salary Range: $53.99 - $77.79
Shift Differentials:
$2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
$10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
$2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary
The
Cardiac Step-Down Unit (CSDU)
is a 6-bed unit. Nurse to patient ratio is 3:1. The CSDU provides an intermediate level of care with a focus on the cardiothoracic patient population. CSDU provides patient-centered care to all cardiac patients from adolescence (age 16) to adults of all ages. The staff in the CSDU are very engaged in a Shared Governance model of leadership.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience
Experience in an acute cardiac care or critical care environment required.
Licensure/Certifications
RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start.
BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required upon start.
Preferred Certifications
PCCN: Progressive Care Certified Nurse.
CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.
HNC: Holistic Nursing Certified.
MSN RN-BC: Medical Surgical Nurse RN Board Certified.
