We are seeking caring and professional, Behavioral Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA services under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to collaboration, respect, and dedication in supporting children as they reach their fullest potential.
Job Responsibilities of a Behavioral Technician
Attend Professional Development Trainings, as required
Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors
Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Job Requirements of Behavioral Technician
High school/Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Preferred Registered Behavior Technician certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles
Strong communication skills required
A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential
A valid driver's license
