The Glen is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents while working in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse while helping create a warm, home‑like environment.
Assist residents with daily living (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting)
Take vital signs and report changes in condition
Transfer and reposition residents safely
Answer call lights and respond to resident needs
Support restorative programs and social activities
Maintain electronic documentation
Qualifications
Active Louisiana CNA certification (required)
Compassionate, dependable, team‑oriented
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
