Balance Solutions is a physical therapy private practice providing exceptional health care, excellent customer service, and incredible clinical outcomes.
We are growing and need a new Physical Therapist to join our team of more than 15 treating therapists. New graduates are welcome.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Provide exceptional physical therapy care to all patients.
Keep accurate treatment notes and patient records.
Diagnose patient complaints by analyzing patients’ health history, questioning, observing, and examining patients.
Lead and work with physical therapist assistants and massage therapists where patients are co‑managed.
Give and receive support to and from your team members.
Embody the professionalism of the post and be a role model for team members.
Achieve and be accountable for your clinical and non‑clinical goals/targets as agreed by practitioner and management.
Lead, assist, and contribute to the running of internal and external marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.

$500 minimum paid CEUs per year.
