to provide one-on-one private duty care for clients throughout Suffolk County, NY, including towns in Huntington, Northport, Dix Hills and more.

What You’ll Do
Provide personal care assistance
Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
Offer medication reminders
Assist with light housekeeping

What You’ll Need
At least 1 year of HHA experience
Valid New York State HHA Certificate
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Physical exam within the last 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within 10 years
