Responsibilities
Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits
Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid CPR Certificate (in-person class)
Negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a caregiver or CNA
Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with reliable vehicle
Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
Must be eligible status on AHCA level 2 background
Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull and lift up to 50 pounds
