Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist, Acute – 1 year experience, valid OT‑VA license, BLS‑AHA certification (copy required).
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient – 1 year experience, SSN and DOB required, two references from entire work history.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
Valid Virginia OT license.
Pay & Shift Details:
Pay Rate: $2,075.00 – $2,138.00 per 10‑hour shift.
Start Date: ASAP.
