Regional Reliability Planner – Monroe, LA

As the Regional Reliability Planner at Drax, this role focuses on providing site support to standardize maintenance processes and procedures across southern Drax locations. This includes addressing questions and issues related to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) raised by site planners and acting as a project manager for specific projects from initiation to completion during planned outages.

Responsibilities

Oversee cost‑tracking initiatives using the CMMS and manage the budget.

Manage project timelines to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones.

Collaborate closely with multiple departments to achieve consistency across Drax Pellet Operations’ Southern sites.

Lead the launch of CMMS upgrades across Drax Pellet Operations’ Southern sites.

Assist in developing preventive maintenance (PM) checklists as needed.

Drive compliance and maintain document control for annual audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in planning and scheduling.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other project management software.

Experience navigating and reporting using a CMMS.

Proficient reporting using Power BI.

Understanding of maintenance processes and workflows.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage maintenance teams, if necessary.

Knowledge of inventory management processes.

Must demonstrate technical skills.
