Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well‑structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands‑on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.

Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.

Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

Participate in Professional Development through access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Skills / Qualifications

Must have or obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months of hire.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including:

Active driver’s license

At least 21 years of age

DOT medical certification

Documentation of previous employment

Preferred

Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.

Business or related academic major.

Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.

Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
