You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
Schedule and confirm appointments for estimates and repairs
Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
Maintain customer files and repair records accurately
Coordinate scheduling with estimators, technicians, and management
Perform general office duties (data entry, filing, paperwork)
Assist with insurance communication and documentation as needed
Qualifications
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
