Position Summary:
Mental Health Therapist provides comprehensive psychological and behavioral case management services within a continuum of high- to low-intensity services designed to improve or maintain each mental health consumer’s ability to function in the community. The role assesses, monitors, and follows up on consumers’ ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery and is responsible for all clinical documentation of consumer interaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
Mental Health Therapist II (Master's Level) - $31.25/hr
LPC/LMFT/LCSW: $37.59/hr
Overnight Differential: $3.00/hr
Language Differential - $2.50/hr for bilingual proficiency in Spanish & ASL
CAS/LAC - $1/hr

Job Duties & Functions:
Provide diagnostic mental health assessments and individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy.
Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up as clinically indicated.
Facilitate the individual's growth and development with an emphasis on strengths, culture, resiliency, and wellbeing.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the growth and development of those we serve.
Facilitate the coordination of services for individuals with supplemental needs in psychiatric, case management, and medical domains.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with WellPower standards.
Participate in team/department meetings, trainings, and supervisory sessions as required.
Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a similar field.
Current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.
Experience
Minimum of one year experience working with a severe and persistently mentally ill population.

Shift/Hours:
Wednesday–Friday and Thursday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
Physical Requirements:
Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. May require lifting up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
