CNC Machinist | Take Ownership of Your Cell
Ready to move beyond the "green button"? We’re looking for a HAAS expert with 3+ years of experience who thrives on complex setups and tight tolerances. At our shop, you aren’t just an operator; you’re a craftsman.
Responsibilities
Lead full setups & tool offsets
Optimize G-code at the machine
Hit +/- .0005 tolerances on Alu, Stainless, & Titanium
Own your quality with GD&T precision
Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines using HAAS
Modify and optimize existing CNC programs at the machine as needed
Select, install, and adjust cutting tools and tooling offsets
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts meet dimensional and tolerance requirements
Inspect finished and in-process parts using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMMs (if applicable)
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programs, or materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Document inspection results and production data as required

working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 9 hours at one time

Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year
Shift: First
Work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
