Brooksville, FL , is seeking
Solderer/Assemblers
to join their production team. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with manual dexterity and strong communication skills to support high-quality assembly operations.
Important Note:
Prior Soldering and Assembly experience is
required
for these roles.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS & OPENINGS
We are currently looking to fill
5 positions
for the Day Shift.
Pay Rate:
$17.50
Day Shift:
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Includes a rotating day off)
Specific Roles Available:
4 Assemblers:
Must have previous experience in electronic or component assembly.
1 Material Specialist:
Responsible for cutting fiberglass‑type material and PIM lids. This is a standing‑intensive role for the duration of the shift.
What's the Job?
Component Assembly: Assemble various components and sub‑assemblies according to technical drawings, instructions, and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies.
Tool Operation: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
Documentation: Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, time taken, and any issues encountered during assembly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other assembly operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.

Manual Dexterity: High level of precision and control in using hands and fingers to manipulate small components and tools.
Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to identify defects, discrepancies, and ensure assembled products meet exact specifications.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the assembly process.
Time Management: Efficient in managing time and tasks to meet production deadlines and targets.
