Our client is a large casting facility near Indianapolis, and they are looking to add new leadership to their team. They currently need to hire off-shiftProduction Supervisors. Main duties of the Production Supervisors include:
Leading union personnel on off-shift in a large production facility
Ensuring production schedules are met and inventory levels are where they need to be
Working with the quality department to ensure product defects are eliminated
Hands-on maintenance support on robotic machines and fixtures/tools, etc.
Qualifications include:
At least 3-5 years of experience working as a Supervisor in a production setting
Union experience is desired, but not required
Must be willing to work off-shift, and occasional Saturdays
