What You’ll Do
Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers
Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence‑based treatments
Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members to support the client’s needs
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations
Requirements
Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Other Requirements
Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance
Clear background, drug screening, and driving record requirements
Availability to provide services across all settings: school, home, center, and community
Training Requirements
BT:
Attend required 40‑hour RBT training program (Mon‑Fri 9:00‑5:00 PM) and successfully pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
RBT:
Attend required training program (Mon‑Fri 9:00‑5:00 PM)
Compensation & Scheduling Notes
All BTs and RBTs are eligible for a $1 hourly increase upon completing the competency evaluation after six months of employment. No additional pay increase for obtaining RBT certification.
Hours are based on client availability and needs. While a fixed number of hours cannot be guaranteed, we strive to build a consistent schedule over time.
