THE WORK
This role will incorporate instructions, drawings and assembly instructions and processes to assemble cables to manufacturing and industry specifications including IPC and related reference documents and standards. You may monitor and verify assemblies in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Communicate effectively with Engineers and various levels of management when resolving build issues.

WHO YOU ARE
You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, and can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly process.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of professional career experience

Proficient computer skills

Proficient operating automated equipment

Proficient working with hand tools

Desired Skills

Must have good manual dexterity

Good written and oral communication skills

Strong experience with operating automated equipment

Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Products

Familiar with IPC-620 manufacturing requirements

Able to interpret drawings and read work instructions required to assemble cable assemblies

Work Details

Onsite Full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility

Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
