LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.Our operation is based in Romulus, MI and supports Ford Motor Company. We manage cross-dock operations, which includes sorting products, loading trailers and scheduling transportation.**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:*** Supervise dock associates during assigned shifts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks* Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility* Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals* Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real-time* Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound shipments* Maintain a clean and organized work environment* Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations* Communicate with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues* Complete daily reports on labor, workflow, and production performance* Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency**The ideal candidate should possess the following:*** *Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred** Effective oral and written communication skills* Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office* Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail* Strong work ethic, ability to multitask* A competitive and career-oriented mindset* 0-5 years supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution or transportation environment
