Salary: $58,240 - $66,560 per year
Shift: First
Work hours: 5 AM - 3 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Expert Operation: Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes and mills using a steady rest to produce parts with extreme precision.
Precision Machining: Perform all aspects of complex turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing.
Technical Interpretation: Masterfully interpret intricate blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications.
Quality Assurance: Use all required measuring equipment to verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances consistently.
Process Ownership: Troubleshoot machining processes, maintain equipment, and document all production and quality logs.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all production meets the highest safety and quality standards.
Essential functions of this role include:
Working in a smoke‑free environment.
Wearing steel‑toe shoes.
Working in a non‑temperature controlled environment.
Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
Standing for 10 hours at a time.
