FCA Service Technician

We are looking for a FCA Certified Service Technician to join our team!
The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and FCA training.
Our technicians regularly turn 150-200+ hours a month with a performance bonus on top of flat-rate pay.
This is a long term position with a company that is growing.

Flexible Work Schedule, offer 4-10 or 5-8 schedule with one Saturday every 2 months
Responsibilities
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer repair procedures
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification recommended, FCA training and background required
Previous FCA dealerexperience required
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Positive attitude, along with an eagerness to train and grow your skills
Team oriented with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
