About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Perform pool openings and closings for residential inground and above ground pools.
Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
Troubleshoot with pool equipment issues such as motors, pumps, filters, electronic controls and heaters.
Plumbing experience is a plus.
Diagnose, repair and replace swimming pool equipment.
Water chemistry experience is a plus. Responsible for adding chemicals to customers pools.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pool service or related field is highly desirable.
Pay determined based on experience.
Understanding of pool chemistry and equipment operation.
Valid driver's license required with reliable transportation to work.
Excellent customer service skills and a team player.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
Physical stamina to lift equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
