What You’ll Do
Create a
welcoming, friendly, and professional experience
for every member
Accurately and efficiently process a variety of member transactions
Build strong relationships by understanding members’ needs and connecting them with the right solutions
Stay current on our products and services and recommend them when appropriate (with opportunities to earn incentive pay)
Partner with branch team to ensure members receive exceptional support
Support branch operations and assist with special projects as needed
Experience & Education
High school diploma or GED required
Prior
cash handling or retail experience
preferred
Strong math skills with excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to successfully pass a background check

fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to use general office equipment and demonstrated personal computer literacy. Communicates effectively in person or by using electronic equipment and devices. Grasps and manipulates objects of different size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination. Visually locates and identifies information, often in small print. Standing for long periods of time. Repetitive motion with hands and arms while using computer. Ability to lift 25 lbs.
