Position Overview
As a Float Teacher, you will assist in multiple classrooms, stepping in where needed to ensure a smooth, safe, and engaging experience for all children.
Responsibilities
Provide support across various age groups (infants through school‑age)
Step into classrooms to cover breaks, absences, or busy periods
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Assist lead teachers with activities, supervision, and daily routines
Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
Adapt quickly to different classroom needs and schedules
Qualifications
Flexible availability is required (hours may vary week to week)
High school diploma or equivalent (ECE coursework a plus)
Experience working with young children preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Patient, dependable, and energetic personality
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
