Responsibilities

Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide attorneys with insights needed for case strategy and decision‑making

Manage case files and maintain organized records, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date and easily accessible

Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among all parties involved

Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits and witness lists, to ensure the team is fully equipped for court proceedings

Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, fostering trust and clarity throughout the legal process

Review and summarize case files, medical records, and other pertinent documents to provide attorneys with concise and accurate information for case preparation

Qualifications

3 years of experience in drafting petitions, complex pleadings, financial affidavits, and discovery

Paralegal certification or proven ability and experience to fulfill associated responsibilities effectively

Accreditation from MCLE necessary for this role

Proficiency in handling Judicial Council Forms, Microsoft Suite, MyCase, and Odyssey e‑File CA

Strong written, verbal, and research skills, along with excellent customer service skills and high level of professionalism when working with clients

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative independently or as part of a team

Compensation
$50,000 - $85,000 yearly
