Your mission
Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
Preparation of valuations of potential
ew portfolio companies from a risk management perspective
Quarterly valuation of portfolio companies based on transaction and trading multiples
Preparation of quarterly investor reporting, including calculation of performance metrics and management of service providers
Participation in current projects for the development of the department, cooperation with service providers or risk management, which provide a structured insight into the overall context of the Finance department
You will participate in meetings with colleagues and be responsible for your own workstreams
Your profile
Completed Bachelor's degree with very good grades in the fields of business administration, economics or business studies
Relevant previous experience (at least one completed internship) in the areas of corporate finance, auditing, investment banking, private equity or management consulting
Good knowledge in the areas of accounting/controlling as well as proven interest or ideally initial experience in the area of risk management
Analytical thinking as well as independent, reliable and responsible working style paired with high social competence and communication skills
Enjoy working in small teams with a willingness to learn and understand new issues
Very good German & English skills and advanced MS Office skills
Availability of at least 12 weeks full time
