Your day to day as a Fire and Water Damage Mitigation Technician

Experience in fire mitigation, watermitigation, restoration, demolition, construction or skilled trades (preferred)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Interest in earningIICRC‑related certifications (company supported)
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Team‑oriented mindset with professional communication skills
Availability for 24/7 on‑call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirement: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Clean criminal background (no misdemeanors or felonies)
Ability to lift, carry, and move tools, equipment, and materials
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, PPE, and mitigation equipment
