Customer Service Representative | $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Duties
Answering incoming calls
Assisting customers with questions about services, and concerns/complaints
Follow up with customers about lead time for technicians
Supporting lead generation and scheduling projects
Assisting the service dispatcher with scheduling
Data entry, digital record keeping, and other supporting other office functions

Qualifications
2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an office setting
Able to talk on the phone and take notes into our CRM systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Microsoft office experience - Word, Excel and Outlook
