These services include personalized investment strategies, financial planning, estate and tax planning, succession planning, and risk management. The primary goal of our wealth management group is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth while providing expert guidance to navigate complex financial situations and achieve their long-term financial objectives.
We are currently in search of a dedicated
Wealth Advisor
to join our team of bank partners in the Boise, ID area. At Zions Bank, our Wealth Management Team is supported by a cohesive group of banking professionals, which includes:
Retail Bankers
Community/Business Bankers
Commercial Bankers
Primary Responsibilities
Build wealth management relationships through actively cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with each member of the banking team.
Deliver an exceptional client experience, evaluate, and educate clients, develop tailored solutions, recommendations, and implement investment strategies to meet the needs of the bank’s clients.
Coordinate with wealth management team members and internal banking professionals to deliver the right solutions for clients.
Make presentations and partner with internal banking professionals.

Be skilled in a client‑centric consulting process, starting with discovery and financial planning.
Possess an extensive understanding of a wide array of investment, insurance, and banking strategies.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
Be adept at evaluating, advising, and supporting the bank’s clients effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience, 10+ years preferred.
A combination of education and experience may meet the requirements.
Required licensing, FINRA Series 7 & 66 (65/63), life and health insurance.
A CFP® certification is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
Experience with financial planning software preferred with the ability to analyze and present complex financial modeling.
Track record of building and managing high net worth client relationships, with a proven history of successfully exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of financial planning.
This position will remain open until filled.
