Overview

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 901 W Morton Ave location in Jacksonville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently met
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Answer phone calls and process customer orders promptly
Support the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures
Assist in training and developing new team members
Resolve customer complaints and address concerns professionally
Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Proficiency in math and problem-solving for effective cash handling and inventory management
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills for order processing and reporting
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers and team members
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Additional Information

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people, using motivation to place team members in the right positions at the right times while maintaining a positive work environment
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. You will also need access to a reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver\'s license
Being a role model in punctuality, attitude, customer service, teamwork, and professional appearance
Stores open 365 days a year; flexibility to work when the team needs you the most, including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old
