Job Description
Accessible Space, Inc. provides accessible affordable apartments for people with physical disabilities, seniors, and veterans. We are seeking an experienced full‑time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in St. Paul.
Responsibilities
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of common areas
Turn apartments and conduct move‑out inspections
Complete work order requests
Maintain grounds
Maintain inventory of supplies
Complete move‑in paperwork and show vacant units to prospective residents
Qualifications
Basic mechanical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Availability Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Strong attention to detail
Pass a criminal background check
Benefits
Salary: $19.50–$20.50 per hour
Full‑time benefits package: health and dental insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, life insurance

Additional
Unit available: 2‑bedroom caretaker unit (rent free, not required).
